David is a lifelong and native Idahoan who has been recreating on ATVs in Idaho’s back country since he was a child. He lives in the Boise area with his wife, daughter, two sons and farm animals. David enjoys the outdoors, exploring and hunting, and of course riding his ATV. David has ridden throughout Idaho and eastern Oregon, on the Oregon Coast, and in Moab, Utah. He currently rides a Yamaha 400, his wife drives a Yamaha 350, and his kids ride a Yamaha 80. For work, David is an attorney practicing in the Idaho since 2002. He is a founding member of Sawtooth Law Offices, PLLC.

As President of the Association, David leads board meetings and manages the activities of the Association. He also sits on the Southwest Idaho Regional Advisory Committee for the U.S. Forest Service, and is a former member of the Recreational Trails Program Grant Committee for Idaho Parks and Recreation. David also actively represents the Association and ATV interests before the Idaho legislature.
